Down 0.4 this week. Not my best, but a loss is a loss. Considering I also threw caution to the wind this weekend and drank and ate more than my normal (I was drowning CD1 blues), I'll take that loss.
7.2 towards my 20 pound goal. Only 12.8 more to go!
I did the same thing this weekend! Although CD1 hasn't arrive I know it's just a matter of time ugh!
