New Cycle, New Protocol

Last cycle my RE suggested switching to Letrozole if the Clomid cycle failed (obviously it did, so here we are).  Today is CD5 and I started taking the medication on CD3.

I don't know if my body is simply responding quicker or I know what it feels like, but I swear I can feel both my ovaries already.  Specifically, the right side.  I can't imagine two days worth of pills (I haven't taken today's dose yet) could have that profound of an effect already, but maybe they have?  Or I guess it's probably more accurate to say that maybe my ovaries are simply "waking up"?

Who knows.  I suppose it doesn't matter.  As long as they are doing their thing and we have a good response at my monitoring appointment on Monday, that's really all that matters.  Getting pregnant is the goal and I'll do what I need to with that in mind.  Twingy ovaries are the least of my worries.

On an unrelated note, I'm pretty sure I'm getting sick.  Fullness in my throat (inflamed lymph nodes, I think?), foggy headed, and feeling a bit nauseated.  Joy of joys.
