Yesterday morning the week long brown spotting extravaganza slowly trickled to a stop. Pretty awesome cramps followed, so I knew AF had to be on her way. I put in a tampon last night and went to bed. So sometime between 11pm last night and this morning, she arrived. I'm counting today as CD 1 and moving on to cycle 7. I'm thinking of titling this months chart, "Hey ute! Get your sh!t together." Or something fun like that.
Feeling much better than a week ago about things. CD 1 is just another new beginning. We'll get there, we'll have our take home baby sometime (hopefully) soon. In the meantime I'm welcoming in CD 1 with a girls afternoon. Two of my best friends are coming over, we're having snacks and sangria, and snuggling in to catch up on the past two episodes of Downton Abbey. We started the tradition of watching it together during season 1 and we're still going strong.
Today is going to be a good day.
