CD 18 and a positive OPK this morning!
Prior to medications (metformin and dexamethasone) I had only had a +OPK once on CD18. Last cycle and this cycle have both had a +OPK on CD18. This makes me feel like we're doing something right. Or, I guess more accurately, we're at least moving in the right direction of getting my body to ovulate more regularly. I called Wonder Nurse and we're scheduled for an IUI tomorrow morning.
Gah! This is really happening. Hopefully my freshly cleaned tubes and his swimmers getting a head start are all we need. :D
