This cycle my goals are:
1) To be healthier. This includes officially getting back on WeightWatchers. I've been signed up online for months, but only half-heartedly following plan. This past week I logged all my food, so hopefully this afternoon's weigh-in reflects that work. In addition, I'm trying to get back into a regular gym routine. Over the past several months my routine had dwindled down to once (maybe twice) a week hitting the gym. Moving forward, I want to hit three classes (kickboxing, yoga, zumba, and/or weightlifting) a week plus an additional cardio visit.
2) To stop obsessing about my charts in FF. This means no going back to previous charts to compare to my current one. No searching charts in the gallery similar to my own that resulted in pregnancy. No over analyzing ever minute up and down movement of my chart post-O. This cycle, I've been putting my temps into FF on my phone in the morning and then walking away. I hope I can keep it up as we slowly move towards FW and then into the 2WW.
3) To let go of things I cannot control. There's no point of worrying myself with the what ifs. We are doing everything right on this TTC journey. We've had great timing (which is really all it comes down to) these past seven cycles. As far as we know we're both healthy and have no issues which might hinder our chances. I have to hope it will happen for us. We'll cross the road of testing/treatments if it comes to that. There is no point in mentally going there before our time. We have this cycle and (depending on cycle length) two more before our year mark. If we make it past that, then I'll readjust our plan. Until then, we'll keep up with the usual of OPKs, temping, and sexsexsex.
Good for you, Sun. I've got a similar plan going on and so far, it's working pretty well. Best of luck to you.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a great plan. I need to focus on number 3 myself.
